Tyler has spent two decades building some of the strongest insurance teams and client relationships in the Midwest. Known for developing top-producing talent and advising middle-market and enterprise clients across construction, agribusiness, healthcare, and manufacturing, he brings a rare combination of strategic depth and genuine relationship focus. He founded ICON because he believed the industry could do better — and he had the experience to prove it.

Founder
Brandon built his reputation the same way he built his book of business — one relationship at a time. Specializing in the construction industry, he brings deep knowledge of contractor exposures and middle-market risk strategy, and a track record of retention that speaks for itself. His background as a professional athlete shaped how he works: preparation, trust, and showing up when it counts.

Jason has a background in surety bonds, with experience supporting and managing bond programs across a wide range of clients, from small businesses to more complex commercial accounts.
